斟酌标的
1. 病毒逃遁宿主免疫设备感染的机制。以病毒与宿主互相作用为切入点,揭示病毒与宿主互相作用的要害节点分子,为设备抗病毒药物提供新的想路和靶点。代表性后果:发现新冠病毒的感染机制以及与抗病毒免疫的互相作用 (Cell Chem Biol 2022; Signal Transduct Target Ther 2022, 2021, 2020a, 2020b; Nat Biotechnol 2022; Nat Metab 2021; Nat Chem Biol 2022; Sci Adv 2021)。
2. 抗病毒免疫的调控机制。通过大限度、高通量的筛选时代,执意在抗病毒免疫中,发扬调控作用的卵白,并揭示这些卵白在宿主识别病毒、免疫激活中蒸发的作用。代表性后果:发现了病毒DNA在细胞质内的主要识别通路AIM2和cGAS-STING的新调控分子过火作用机制 (EMBO Rep 2018 封面著作; Nucleic Acids Res 2018)。
